Angelica Jane Yap's mother is killed in Caloocan

Anglica Jane Yap's mother is killed in Caloocan.
According to a report by ABS-CBN, Teresa was eating at a restaurant in Caloocan with one of her daughters and her niece when a man appeared and shot her at close range.

The incident was caught on CCTV. The ABS-CBN report said that Teresa was brought to the hospital, but was pronounced dead at 9:20 pm.
It cited a relative, Tumping Fabian, as saying that Teresa had been receiving death threats.
Angelica Jane Yap was known for her viral video where she explained how to make pastillas while expressing her bitterness of her ex-boyfriend.
Mom Teresa has sometimes also appeared on Showtime to support her daughter.
It's Showtime then created a dating game segment, "Nasaan Ka Mr Pastillas?" to help Angelica find her Mr Right.
